Mike At 90 Percent Slow Cooker Meatballs (Gluten & Dairy Free)

2 lbs of lean ground beef
3 large eggs
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
pinch of dried basil
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup of gluten free bread crumbs homemade or packaged from the store
2 1/2 tbsp of grated pecorino romano cheese
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper

-Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line two 9 x 13 baking sheets with parchment paper.
-In a medium size mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, eggs, seasonings and bread crumbs with a large spoon or by hand till well combined.
-Roll the meat mixture into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls and place on lined baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add either homemade tomato sauce or a jar of gluten free spaghetti sauce to slow cooker.
-Place the cooked gluten free meatballs on paper towels and soak up any extra grease.
-Add to your sauce and simmer on low for 4-5 hours till done and all the flavors have time to meld!!!
-Serve with gluten free pasta

Mike@90 Breakfast Pizza (Gluten & Dairy Free)





Hey All.
As promised here is the recipe that I did for the Gluten Free/Dairy Free Breakfast Pizza that I made for Katie and I yesterday morning. Im just gonna share what I used and how I put it together and you can just add as much or as little of the ingredients as you feel like.

MIKE AT 90 BREAKFAST PIZZA (GLUTEN/DAIRY FREE)

INGREDIENTS:
-GF Pizza Crust Mix of Your Choice (We used and endorse Namaste brand Pizza Crust)
-Organic Cage Free Eggs
-Organic Turkey Breakfast Sausage
-Organic Bacon
-Unsweetened Almond Milk
-Freshly Shredded Manchego Cheese
-Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
-Prepare GF pizza crust according to instructions.
-Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
-Beat eggs with unsweetened almond milk and scramble on stove top. Set aside
-Cook turkey sausage and bacon until cooked through. Set aside
-Sprinkle a layer of pecorino romano cheese followed by a layer of shredded manchege cheese on the prepared crust
-Add a layer of scrambled eggs to cover the entire crust.
-Cut sausage into slices and cut bacon into one inch pieces. Distribute throughout the pizza crust.
-Top with another layer of grated pecorio romano followed a generous layer if shredded manchego cheese covering the entire pizza.
-Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
-Cut into slices and DIG IN!!!

Peanut Butter Granola (Gluten & Dairy Free)




INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. Organic Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. Organic Honey
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Oates

DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
-Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl and microwave until peanut butter melts. Stir.
-Stir in cinnamon and vanilla into peanut butter and honey mixture.
-Add Oates and stir until oates are completely covered in peanut butter mixture.
-Spread out oat mixture onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes until granola is slightly browned.
-Let cool until granola is crunchy.

-Dig in!!!
